Have I got a treat for you, especially for those who have never read The Magnamund Companion. This compendium of Magnamund lore has been waiting for us to do something with it for a very long time. Finally, some of us decided to get this project rolling and did it in grand style. (I can say this because I had very little to do with this success.) We’ve published it as a PDF file in all of its splendor. And do yourself a favor: don’t miss the appendices.

I have just a bit of a warning to those of us with slow internet connections: this is our largest file to date (about 22 MB). It’s worth the wait.

We’re very happy to report that Joe Dever’s first surgery has been successful and that he has already been discharged from the hospital. If you’re asking yourself “What surgery?”, you really should be paying closer attention to the Kai Grand Sentinel.

We’ve just published the third issue of the Kai Grand Sentinel.
We’ve just published the final book in the Grey Star (World of Lone Wolf) series titled War of the Wizards. This series of books has been a lot of work for our volunteers, and on a personal note, I’m very proud to be associated with this group of talented, dedicated people from across the globe. You can get started reading the final installment (including the rarely seen epilogue “The Passing of the Shianti”) in the usual places. As always, please enjoy!

We are pleased to announce the publication The Legacy of Vashna, the sixteenth book in the Lone Wolf series. It is now available on the Project Aon website.
The Legacy of Vashna pits you against the followers of a long-dead evil. Only you can prevent the Acolytes of Vashna from raising their fallen leader from the fathomless depths of the Maakengorge.
We are also nearing completion on War of the Wizards, the last book of Grey Star’s adventures. Expect it’s publication relatively quickly.

I thought that I was giving a conservative estimate for the publication date for The Legacy of Vashna in the Kai Grand Sentinel (our newsletter). In hindsight it wasn’t conservative enough. It looks like it won’t be available for another week or so. Sorry to disappoint anyone who put that date on their calendar.
As a reconciliation gift, I’ve been dabbling with an Atom feed as an alternative to this mailing list. The URL is:

My preferred method is Bloglines, a web-based reader. To be honest, I use site feeds every day, but can’t see what all the fuss is about. It just seems like a too-fancy, bandwidth intensive version of a good ol’ mailing list. But don’t let my Luddism stop you from using the feed. To each his own.
