There is lots of i18n in the XSL today. Is this really a good place for this? Wouldn't it be better to put it in the XML files?
The RNTs should generated somehow. Not really my mad idea. Ideas can be found in this thread.
The XSL should be able to generate the Footnotes list automatically from their definitions in the sections. Error-prone copy/paste, begone! Status: Done!

Through some kind of magic, the changes lists from the ECs should be better integrated with the XML updating work. Could an Elisp hack help find the location of a selected issue in the XML file? Also assist in updating the changes list as fixes are made in the XML file?
