- At present, readers must select, download, install, and update all files related to Project Aon manually. This should be replaced with a utility that handles each of these tasks in an intuitive way.

- A computer program that would ideally 1) aid readers in selecting, downloading, installing, and updating files related to Project Aon, 2) present an intuitive interface, 3) be cross-platform, 4) query manifest data from the Project Aon website that describe the resources available

- Create and maintain PDA editions of the books distributed by Project Aon.
Graphic Arts

- Improve the design elements in the Project Aon website and our editions of the books.
Game Statistics Utilities
- Summary
- Create and maintain a cross-platform utility to aids in keeping track of a character's statistics while playing a book.
- Description
- There have been some very good implementations so far. One example by Erik Englund that hasn't been distributed publicly but has some very innovative ideas can be downloaded here.
The EXE file needs to be placed in the folder containing the individual books' folders (i.e. [Project Aon Folder]\xhtml\lw\ )
Newsletters
- Summary
- Create and send quarterly newsletters highlighting current project progress, the wish list, Lone Wolf news in general, etc. and solicit feedback from Project Aon's readers to guide us in improving their experience.
Manual of Style

- Document the stylistic decisions made by the Project Aon editors and help enforce those decisions to ensure consistency.
